Very nice colors, clarity and DOF - I really like the way you caught the wave breaking behind the gull.
I love to take pictures of gulls, and it's not that common to see one moving on the ground -- usually they're on the wing or perching somewhere. I admire your patience and sense of observation for finding this one.
