What give this image its quality is the grass stem at the right. You have used a very simple, mundane object to enhance your photograph. Your title intelligently saves thoughtless comments like, "should have been sunny" or like phrases, because you have indicated that this was taken in inclement weather.

Interesting you are getting the green tinge in the water from the reeds presumably. We are having a rainy day here in South Australia today and I cant see any sky and only black distrusting clouds. Very natural shot. Regards John.

Did you have the umbrella? ;-) It's a nice landscape with good colors for a rainy day, but I think there is too much sky, it's grey and uniform and doesn't add anything to the image (apart the long vegetable in foreground, the boat was more interesting IMO). Regards Massimo :)
