Emil, please share with us what type of (soda) was used to bleach the cyanotype this tone. I heard of using the tannic acid from tea for tonning these. Outstanding work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi Rob

the soda used in bleaching my cyanotypes, is the normal one you can buy in grosery stores..
it is "Natrium carbonate" diluted in water - nothing else..
(about a spoonfull in a liter of water)
tannic acid can be used to give more redish/purple tones, and tea is used to brown tone the stuff..
use tea with lot of tannic acid to give deeper brown tones.
