Amazing fashion image, the light is amazing and complements the model and costume beautifully. You do need to pay more attention to the texture of the road surface when cloning though, you have patches of smudged and sharp texture. Very, very nice image though.

There seems to be an orange tint that detracts from the image. I think Portra is to blaim. An absolute favourite film of mine, but if printed by the wrong people, you get really avg results. Excellent pose, fantastic dress (unlimited possibilites - you could get a really good series of photos with that dress).
Oh, and an absolutely beautiful model. I've been a fan of your photography for quite a while now...
