About This is a repost of a photo I posted Saturday. Thanks a million to Leslie Cohelan for her tips and helpful artistic suggestions! This is what these sites/communities should be more about rather than points and ratings.

Here's the "original" background info on this shot, as I will delete my original post in a couple of days:

Apparently, the "next best thing" to a real branch for our cockatiel was this color-coordinated painting! I took this last year, but it had to be taken quickly, and I grabbed our lower res camera (1MPixel). There was a slight angle and a bit of flash glare on the painting. Today, I finally got what I think was good results perspective correcting it and cleaning the glare.

Well you know my view on this one...I loved the original...but the white background makes a heck of a lot of difference...the cockatiel just popps out as the eye as led upward to that corner...the frame needs just a bit of tweaking to show the beveling mor, but I know this was a first attempt...I expect to see frames on everything now ...excellent re-sub...
