Very nicely done. I saw a similar georgeous sunset from just south of here when my wife and I visited and it to was grand to say the least.
Your picture is well done and I sure have to try some of this Velvia.

Hi Vincent,this is a classic shot,maybe I would prefer the colors a little bit darker.The composition is very good indeed.Your signature is not .Bec of its color.The framing is excellent also.My best regards,Hakan.

There is a lovely, romantic tone to this silhouetted sunset. Despite your parking challenges, the image came out very well.
My husband and I are going to be in Kona in one week. I hope to get one image, just one will be enough, that will show Hawaii in the beautiful way you do with each image you post. I don't have a sunset filter, or a grad ND filter, so anything I accomplish will have to be in the camera.
Any tips or suggestions about decent camera shops in Kona or Hilo? Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback to all of you. Hakan, I have tried other signature colors, none work like white. If you have another suggestion please feel free to share it. Thanks.
Mary Sue, I always buy my film before I leave Kauai, so not really sure about camera shops out there. Most likely the Kona side would have something good. Hilo is much more local, but indeed greener. Be sure to hit the live lava flow, won't find one of those just anywhere. The sunsets will only be on the Kona side. However, because of the volcano, the atmosphere is often colorful ...naturally! Thanks again!!
