Love the texture and the waviness of the glass vase. Really nice! Thanks for all the visits tonight!

Flip that baby over, and you're ready to stay up all night contact printing! -- I mean the light bank, not the vase ;)

This is stunning work, Ken. I don't throw that term around loosely, either. The colors of the sticks are wonderfully warm, their geometry is very warm and intimate as well. And THEN there's that fabulous cool glass with it's bend and warp framing them. And all this would be nothing without that black. OOOOh . . .

Wonderful wonderful wonderful and straight into my favorites.

What a great idea for the image. Obviously your light bank works well, too - love the textures and wavy effect of the glass. Cheers!

Ken,

This is an abstract that actually generates a emotional response. Many abstracts are more interesting intellectually than emotionally. This one creates an emotional response and I think that comes from the tones - the warmth and shadows and the feeling that the lines lead to intimacy and just aren't abstract projections of light and shadow....

I have seen this before, it is a very good abstract, love the clean lines and subdued colors.
