Sorry i didn't get back to you about the backdrop-line issue before you shot this, but the only way i know how to handle that is to use a white bg and to blast it with a flash ala' serious backlight washout, the real lighting gurus can probably answer that one. Anyway, good to see you took phil's advice in part or whole, and applied it in a very subtle way at that, this has all the aspects that worked for the previous 3 and has tossed out some of the more glaring problems, good work. Wish i could offer a more competent critique, but it's lovely to my eyes~

I might have added a white reflector to the left side of the model to bounce a little light onto the shadow side to provide just enough rim lighting to separate her from the background.

Lovely B&W picture! The shadows set a beautifully calm mood to the photo! I really love it!
