"Here comes the sun,
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun,
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun,
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes

Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear
Here comes the sun,
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right "

Bom dia T. Marília

Thos Alamo   {K:73} 8/5/2003
Have seen too many of such "style" of photography from you lately. Did not find this one particularly outstanding in anyway. Some of your other works are quite good. I took some time to view through a
large amount of photos from Usefilm's members. Some are not as good
as yours, some are just as good, and some are better.

So I was curious about your "popularity" as a "hot/top" photographer
and the rave reviews you got. I did an analysis about your approach
as a "popular" photographer in Usefilm. The following is a summary
of the findings.

In the last 6 days from 30 July to 4 August 2003, you took precious
time to post the following numbers of critiques:

4 August - 34 critiques (no submission from you on this day)
3 August - 45 critiques
2 August - 56 critiques
1 August - 29 critiques (no submission from you on this day)
31 July - 68 critiques
30 July - 69 critiques

The majority of these "critques" are short and stereotype. Many are
to a "same group" of members.

So is this the golden formula --- give good critiques/ratings and
get good critiques/ratings? How many of these critiques/ratings you
received in return really reflect the excellence of your work, or
are they a mere gesture of a returned favour/goodwill?

Should members be forced-fed on a diet of "hot/top" photographs monopolised by you and your group of like-minded friends who readily give top ratings to all and sundry among yourselves? Be considerate, give other members a chance to view the numerous excellent works that were not seen because of such unethical mob manipulation of ratings.

Nothing personal Mr T Glow, just some facts and a friendly advice. I know you and your like-minded friends still cherish similar moments in Photosig before the establishment tightened the ropes and shattered those beautiful dreams. Do not to be obsessed with such "ego trips".

Did not rate this piece of "work" from you, do not want to upset the high rating :). Best regards.

Carlos Brando   {K:4637} 8/5/2003
mais uma fotografia de ótimo bom gosto... parabéns!

Sue O'S   {K:12878} 8/5/2003
Marilia, I'm sure it was a harmless oversight on your part (after all, it is a very well known piece of music), but credit where credit is due. I wish to give compliment the composer of the wonderful song/poem you posted.

It was written by George Harrison in 1968.

Gregory Fiedler   {K:15439} 8/5/2003
Tom, Great color, and tones of the golden light. Wonderfully composed. I don't know what kind of tree that is, but I see them a lot in your work, they are very photogenic. The horse in the distance is a plus also! My very best to you, have a marvelous day my friend!

Alan Sislen   {K:769} 8/5/2003
Love the horse in the background! Nice capture.

Hi Thomas this is a top photo 7/7! Ciao!

Don Loseke   {K:32503} 8/5/2003
In reading comments made by one so called member I think he must have a burr under his saddle. He does not have any pictures posted so we cannot see just how bad his pictures really are. Maybe he is just jealous of such great work as you do. Don't worry about fellows like that, they just want to stir up trouble. This is a wonderfull composition and colors. Shows great depth. Don.

Alex Uchôa   {K:18547} 8/5/2003
Cara.....mba. EXCEPCIONAL. Vai para favoritas com certeza. O que mais me chamou a atençaõ foi o sutil detalhe do cavalo ao fundo. Um verdadeiro toque de mestre. Abraço.

Alberto Montagna   {K:338} 8/5/2003
Wanderful atmosphere! Regards Alberto.

Ute Enderer   {K:1516} 8/5/2003

Regards Ute

Carole Bradford   {K:10715} 8/5/2003
Perfect, T! Beautiful composition and wonderful golden misty tones! You are a master! 10/10! Regards!

Alex Belfi   {K:3344} 8/5/2003
As usual your wonderful shades of both colors and lights! Great landscape, everything in your pictures is there for a purpose... those different levels of trees, and the mist, and that horse (i guess it is a horse) in the background, in some way, one of the main subjects in the picture!

Igor L.   {K:7432} 8/5/2003
WOW!!! What a shot!

Luis Leonardo   {K:873} 8/5/2003
Mais um trabalho magico T. Parabens.

Craig Garland   {K:27077} 8/5/2003
Beautiful colors and composition. Another beauty T! BTW, I agree w/ Don L. re the negative comments about receiving ratings. I've only been here a short time, but from what I've seen, you consistently upload excellent photos, and they deserve to be rated as such. You also rate many others members photos, which is cool. Cheers. Craig

Armando Jorge   {K:7937} 8/5/2003
Magnifica composição !!

Robert Gaither   {K:32265} 8/5/2003
so when are you going to ship me one of those baby trees so I can plant it in the backyard? I like those trees. Nice image and composition

John Chiu   {K:6250} 8/5/2003
You're an artist.

andrew vonbank   {K:2811} 8/5/2003
T Glow, I've looked at and rated many of your images (some favorably, others not so favorably) and find this one to be especially excellent: multilayered; balanced; interesting; beautiful. And I give this image top ranks because of it's merit, not because I belong to some exclusive clique, contrary to Thos Alamo's contentions. However, Thos' words, harsh as they may be, do reflect an ongoing pattern I also see from time to time on every photo site like Usefilm. I don't complain because that is human nature, and because of the wide diversity of photographic sensibilities seen here. I must say, though, that Don Loseke's assessment is borderline childish. Again, human nature. After all, it's only a game. :) Peace all.

By the way, did I mention how stunning your image is?

Ana Vianna   {K:15270} 8/5/2003
Seus trabalhos são smepre maravilhosos e simples! Tem vida própria! Esse me lembra as estradas do sul do Brasil ao sol do meio dia!
Abraço

Masahiko Shibata   {K:14814} 8/5/2003
Wonderful perspective.Nice tone.Great.

Ricardo Farias   {K:1008} 8/5/2003

Judy Kessler   {K:6316} 8/5/2003
A wonderful work.... fabulous view and color... well done kind friend.

In Transit   {K:29394} 8/5/2003
In spite of Thos Alamo's "food for thought", and it certainly is... your submission is never the less... "delicious"!

luisa vassallo   {K:28240} 8/5/2003
ogni volta che vedo una tua foto resto di stucco!!!
Sei la regina dei fotografi!

Legolas .   {K:3947} 8/6/2003
good shot, excellent colours

Uwe Bachmann   {K:10222} 8/6/2003
...btw, I totally agree with Andrew. Even it is so as Thos said, it is human. So what? You have to handle this in your personal way.

My critiques may appear stereotype, too, but it is also a problem of using a language which is not my motherlanguage. Sorry for that fact.

ana ribeiro   {K:21290} 8/6/2003
beautyful !

Robson Zumkeller Campos   {K:4071} 8/6/2003
Excelente tons, magnifica fotografia...esse amarelo alaranjado é sua marca registrada, parabens, T!

Gerhard Busch   {K:14710} 8/7/2003
Ein traumhaftes Foto.
Gruß Gerhard

Cristiano Corte   {K:10836} 8/7/2003
That T-Tree is your signature. my friend...
Excellent work, I like so much the various depth planes and the progressive haze. Absolutely perfect. Also in B/W it has to be really fantastic (even if for USEfilm it would be "less photogenic").
Ciao !!! Cris.-

B:)liana    {K:30945} 8/7/2003
I cannot tell you exactly, how to express myself in words to tell you how wonderful. beautiful brillant, are your landscapes. composition and colors are outstanding. bravoooo!

Subha Pindiproli   {K:10108} 8/7/2003
you are lucky to get this.. specially when it is winter where you are in Brazil. Where exactly is this in Brazil, are you around the edge of a rainforest. Have you been to a rainforest? i would bet you would have a lot and lots more to shoot. great work.. keep it up.

John Hatziemmanouil   {K:40580} 8/7/2003
Again very good. The most impresing thing is the ground 'horizon' line that has a very strong contrast of tones... so bright on fog and so dark the ground... it is beautiful. Also the two trees looks very nice, especialy the left one, from the foggy bottom to the very black and sharp top. Very nice!

Javed Rassi   {K:8224} 8/8/2003
Breath taking golden light, well captured, Bravo!!!!!!!!!

Rui Palha   {K:13851} 8/9/2003
Com atraso, mas sempre a tempo...
Líndissima, T.
Um abraço!

Marco Brivio   {K:14339} 8/10/2003
