Wonderful effect but I'll go with John on this one, there seems to be some 'digital annoyance' on this. It's not enough to make this a bad image, in fact I like it a lot. Well done.

Hello Mitchell:
You've done a wonderful job of transforming this scene into a rich and mysterious landscape. You might consider cropping the lower third away. IMO, the far shore is much more interesting than the ducks and deserves to located at the intersection of thirds.
