This effect is a pretty nice one with good result. The spots gives the idea of oil paint. Nice composition. A sujest... at the brighter bottom right part, it will be better if you have the darker flower and that the darker area the brighter flower (the white). Just an idea for better contrast and composition. Surely not bad this one (my rate is the best), just give an idea.
