About Some may not see the intent of this image... Yes it is not sharp throughout.. I was not interested in sharp I was interested in capturing the essence of what I saw which was the rhythm of the petals.... I love it and hope you do too.

Wonderful use of selective focus, John - I love it too! Very graceful feeling to this photo, makes me think of a hula dance... Excellent!

Excellent. The single in-focus petal and the tufts of pollen balance the composition very well. Of the many sunflower pictures recently on the site (including my own), I think this is my favorite...although I also liked "I've got a secret" very much... Well done!
