Everything is there for a very nice photo. Because you either cropped or missed part of the little guys toes and rear leg, I think that I would go ahead and make a more drastic crop to include just his head and right leg, and maybe even clone out his out of focus left leg. See below for what I am driving at..I just spent about 3 minutes playing with your picture, so it is very rough.
