The photo has an odd feel to it, I'm not quite able to put my finger on it, but I think it may have something to do with the out of focus area on the top, below her eyebrow and perhaps the mascara is a bit odd. Also here eye seems a bit deformed, or maybe had lasic sergery recently. It's also a tad bloodshot.

Well good concept.
