well done... I thought the hood area was just a touch overexposed.... this would also look good as a B/W or in sepia

Now there's a car with character. A great catch. Nice composition and lighting, and I think the faded border effect works well here, too.

My first instinct, with a subject like this, is to shoot it in soft focus. Here you've done the opposite, and it works great! I think that's because of the soft edges. While I agree with Buzz and Ghris, that a B&W or sepia might make an interesting image, I think color is truer to the subject as it's an object of recent vintage. Good work!!

Mark, this is a great shot! I love the boarder effect you used. (See, you are quite good with the photoshop.) I really like the sharpness of the details and your composition and cropping. I also really like the colors in this. I think the other color options present would be good to try, but I think this works great.
