Interesting shot. The red sky is particularly effective in conveying the mood.
I'm interested to know a couple things:
1. Did you achieve the red sky with a filter, or did you PS it? Either way, it looks great!
2. How did you achieve the vignetting effect? Were you shooting into the sun?

Terry - couldn't find any contact info, so I'll post here... The effects were all PS. Filter>Render>Lighting Effects... then changed the parameters until I liked it... nothing too fancy...
