About This was taken the evening before President Bill Clinton publicly dedicated the OKC memorial. Fresh sod around the chairs was not aware of what was about to happen to it in the next week to destroy it all. this vantage point is from the south observation deck, about where the elevators were in the building when it still stood. That brass clad structure on the right is the 9:01 AM "honor gate" This represents the peace that was about to be shattered. Beyond that is the empty YMCA building that was abandoned and later demolished.
