Creo que esta imagen en color sepia la torna más nostálgica que la original en Blanco y Negro. Buen trabajo.

Too bad this door is nailed shut. The overall impression of nostalgia is sweet and the bar on the door comes across as a rude violation, a travesty. That's a strong message! Love the tone. Would you care to comment on how you achieve your sepia toning in PS? What color values or RGB ratio?

Superb picture, so realistic I can almost open it, but it is shuttered. And the walls are splendid too. I am sure this door has seen some glorious days 100 years and now it is glorious again in your picture. Best wishes, Alex

Also you are a teacher, we are colleagues!!! You live in a very beautiful country that I would like to visit. Unfortunately the works of the past are not always appreciated and well preserved in Italy, there are everywhere houses, buildings, churches, palaces that fall in ruin. Your splendid photo is a bit the symbol of this situation in our two countries. Hugs, Max

Hugo this is a very interesting and engaging image..I like the subject matter and I think the sepia tones are very effective in terms of adding to the drama: the sense of being old and broken down, dreary, and abandoned. I get a very strong and abrupt feeling to stay away. The chipped, cracked, and missing pieces of stucco add to the effect. I like the contrasting tones of light and dark, and the textures as well. Aprovecho esta oportunidad para expresarte mi agradecimiento por haberme acogido a tu grupo de amigos. Un abrazo de quién te aprecia y te distingue, cariñosamente....:):)Linda
