it's a good image -but some of the building's lights look too bright,i don't know the technical side so i can't tell you exactly what's wrong.i like the color reflection in the water,and composition, but i think that something is not quite perfect when it comes to exposure.

Yes .. I know what your talking about.. I purposely exposed it longer for the reflections but it over exposed some of the buildings. 800asa might have been better. I have cleaner shots of the buildings.. but the reflections are not as nice :)

My taste is a darker version but I am learning from your technique [1600-ISO + 0.7 second + f/2.8], since so far I always failed when shooting night-time pictures. I really like the foreground.
