WOW! what a wonderful "hat"!
Maybe the composition (cropping) and the light (does it look a bit overexposed on her knee?) could be improved, but I understand that this was a snapshot, so it's nice.

a good candid street portrait with good exposure and color...might suggest tightening the crop just slightly by bringing the top down to just above the hat...I also wonder how this would work in black and white...bw always seems more documentary
