I'm inclined to think the shot would be better if it were sharper, and had more light. The three cyan poles (a stool?) in the background right above her head are a distraction. The expression is great, though.

Oh, but she is a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e ! It's a very nice candid view. I agree with Matej that the background reflections are a bit annoying, but you could get rid of them real easily I guess in PS.
