About This horse and carriage is used to take visitors (and locals) around Tenby - my local seaside resort.
It's a lovely calm way to travel.

This was well seen and taken, the horse is beautifully exposed, It appears that some parts of the carriage are in shadow and have lost detail (whatever there was) but i don't know what you do about that. a good shot, wasn't the carriage owner risking a parking ticket?

Thanks for the comment Kev. The carriage is black gloss, so it was hard to see any detail in it. I don't know about a parking ticket, the driver has his own little sign, so maybe that makes him exempt.

Hi Sarah,
I knew the carriage would give no detail as soon as I had said it, its a good shot though. And it's nice to chat to a local (in USEFILM terms) someone else who has to put up with the vagaries of the weather and tupperware skies.
nice to make contact

Sarah you seem to have a nack for good composition, but it seems that whereever you shoot, you always get there at high noon. Try forcing yourself to be there early morning or late in the afternoon. You have quite a thrill ahead of you if you do. All the best. NL

Nice shot, but wish the horses right fore hoof hadn't been cut off. Color and composition are very good.
