There is so much detail and texture here...a feast for the eyes...brick, wood, stone, metal ...verticals, horizontals, curves...and I love the toning...a warm toning that gives it an even more aged look...I can see why it is a favorite

And what a beautiful abode it must have been. Each elements are interesting in their own right,but putting together the door, the windows, the shutters, various stone works creates a very rich composition. I find that old houses are special. Let's hope someone will give it a new life. Look at that door!! The iron work looks like it's from the Art Nouveau period.. the organic theme is repeated in the stone work in front of the window.
Making it sepia is the perfect choice to me.

Hugo, if this is the quality of your back catalogue you must keep scanning and posting them. In truth the digital medium allows olde images to become new and when you work it in PS or similar it becomes a fresh work. I love the variety of lines and textures in this image, and your sepia treatment. Wonderful.
I was in Buenos Aires in December. Things feel a little more relaxed but I know times are still hard. Suerte. Ian
