Good shot. A very nice range of tones here. I really like the texture in the roots. The soft light brings out all the wonderful detail. The composition works with a good snese of flow. I like the lighter foliage in the background. I am not crazy about the featureless black hole though. It takes the attention away from the rest of the shot. But, if you do want to emphasize the dominance of the hole, then you did a good job placing it at a golden mean.
