An excellent scene Richard. What a lovely place and you have captured it superbly! Of course, it has a horse which tops it off for me. Beautiful rolling patches of grass, composed flawlessly, I love how the fog appears into the distance. A lovely image.

Richard; this is a really nice landscape. I love the way the haze or fog gradually softens the features the deeper you look into the picture. The pony is a great focal point, and there is a distinct diagonal line near the center that adds dynamics. Congratulations on this photo being a "Hot Topic" of the day! Cheers. Craig

I'm adding my voice to the others with praise for this image... truly a great scenic landscape flushed with pastels and a sweeping vista. I am so glad that the horse is there to anchor something in the foreground because without it this would still be a great image, but with the horse I think it's fabulous.

What a beautifully rich, romantic landscape. the composition is perfect; as is the light, they both combine to emphasise the depth and beauty of those Somerset hills and the rich colours of the foreground contrasts so well against the blue receding light.
And what an elegant shape created by that horse!
