Ciao Piotr, well on the right of the yellow light there is another light pole aiming at the building plus the reflection of light coming from the town behind the tower (not seen in the photo). In daytime this tower is white this is why it reflects the light especially on a long shutter speed (13 seconds). Good observation. Thanks for your interest and comment. Ciao.
