I vote prison! I hate hospitals, Very interesting layout, the white & dark squares are a very unique touch, that I think makes the picture much more intriguing.. Well done!

Nice window presentation. The window here makes a nice natural frame at your main subject. Very very good exposure so the lighting looks very good in and out of the place you was.

Beautiful picture with stimulating caption. My answer is: BOTH...A HOSPITAL IS A PRISON AND A PRISON IS A HOSPITAL (where one gets more sick than well and that happens in real hospitals too.)
What counts is: the picture is superb! 7+++
