About This is a church in the town of Fira, on the island of Santorini, Greece. There was an artist's studio next door.
I'm curious about what you all think about this composition. I would like suggestions on how I can make this stronger, or if you think it is already working. Should I take out the little bit of tree in corner?

I think a much tighter crop would improve this image.Maybe with the sculpture much more dominant in the frame with a shallow DOF which will push the church & cross further back. Composition is a very subjective thing and personal feelings and instinct play a big part in it. When you find a subject that appeals to you really work it, take a lot of shots from different angles, use different apertures. Experimentation is a lot of fun in photography.

Very nice, Nicole.
Matter-of-factly, the tree is a bit distracting. The shadow of the statue could also be a bit dimmed, as it leads the eye out of the image.
Otherwise, excellent composition.
Congratulations.

I would suggest fill flash for the sculpture and crop out the tree. Otherwise I like the church.
