Interesting night shot, but a little too dark IMHO. With night shots it is paramount to capture as much light as possible. Usually I shoot during the purple hour, because than you have the best of both worlds: the wonderful lights plus the sky to contrast them. Also, it seems to be that the image is a little blurry...did you use a tripod? Like I said before, this is very interesting, just needs a little work.

Ottimo lavoro.
Purtroppo riguardo i tuoi commenti alla mia foto
non posso darti ragione infatti io non voto più le foto in usefil tranne qualc'una lo meriti
come puoi notare hai un scarso numero di consensi perche il tuo moco di vedere le foto non attrae i colleghi votanti
dunque ti suggerisco di cambiare stile alle tue foto e specialmente alle cornici sono certo che avrai migliori consensi.
