This would have been a really good pic if it was'nt for the reflection of the man in the glass, he leads the eye away from the main sitter and spoils the charisma of the the old man. You cant crop the other person out so it comes down to the fact that you have to be aware of the background at all times. It's a good attempt, the sitter is looking just right and the lighting is good, a nicely balanced picture, perhaps a little too high in grade but with flash you always need to print hard. I like it apart from the reflection.
