Very nice close up for a portrait, great framing and spot on exposure. I like the hand under the chin with the rings, the expression seems rather thoughtful, I think a stronger version would be looking into the camera, if you get another chance give that one a go.

Your Photoshop confections are very appealing, but this portrait seems more original to me. I'm not sure you intended a caricatural approach, but that's the result, and it's excellent. The choice of focal length produces a big face, with hair which, if it's real, looks anyway fake; the incisors are monumental; the lips shine like mud-wrestling cuties; the eyes are on a roll; their lashes are matted by come-hither stickum; the eyebrows are as obviously greasepaint as Groucho's. The coyly posed hand completes the picture, with its panoply of rings.
This is a wonderful shot; I wish I'd made it. My only constructive critique is that the background visible along the left border is distracting, and might be better cloned out.

This is the original file, Diego. I may have blurred the background slightly, but that's all. It was shot a long time ago so I don't quite remember. What I know for sure is that at the time I knew little of nothing of PS.
