OMG...I've had this nurse! Seriously, a little light on the background would help pop her out a little. Tell me that's not a latex nurses outfit... ;)

I'm married to a nurse, and I hope to God that he NEVER EVER comes home looking like this.
On a more serious note: for erotic portrait photography, do the models generally take off wedding bands from their hands? This being your wife, Marty, I would understand why you'd want her to keep it on, but I was just wondering if this was a detail worth attention.

Ye Gods! I thought Nurses were supposed to help you recover, not put you in intensive care.....
This is definitely an eye grabbing shot, but a background light or rim lighting would definitely have helped. The refection off the curve of the blade is fantastic though, right on the money. I was caught between the obvious pleasure of looking at the "Nurse" versus the implied "pain" of what she is going to do with that blade.
Only one thing in the picture bothers me bit, and this is purely subjective, the "bulge" of fabric over her breast ruins the line of what should be a very body hugging outfit. I don't know if it was possible to adjust it, or tape the back the outfit so it would fit tighter. Just a thought.

Thank you all for the feedback.
Barry: close, it's a pvc nurse outfit.
Sue: I never really thought about it. I personally don't think I see a need to remove the wedding rings.
Raymond: wish I had caught the fabric bulge while shooting but sadly I find it impossible to remember to check everything everytime.
All: you ae all right about a little background light. I was testing different lighting techniques that night with the new digital camera and now I know. :)
