nice coloured effect, the cropping could be better for the remaining object on the left bottom disturbing a bit

sandy c. hopkins   {K:17107} 10/13/2003
goodness i didn't even see that..

how would i go about croppin that without effecting the bottom portion? is there a way?
sincere question i really would like to be better skilled in perfecting an image..
i see that the spot...which is the table i am at...is distracting..
thank you kindly..
enjoy your day

:)

sandy, i don't think you should crop another way. it is the clatter and, as you describe, the filth of the place that is perfectly captured. along with the bad taste of the interior like the outdated and ugly coloured floor tiles.
what is a nice girl like you doing in such a place?

ahhh tisn't so bad..
perhaps the texture i used really emphasized a point i felt inside.
:)
i really like the name of the place..that is what drew me..
the coffe drove me away..
:O
take good care..
:)

Sandy ? Good photo
- Charlie ? I disagree with your critic of the place it is reminiscence of the late 50?s early 60?s great style and colour. Now on the other hand the filth and the lack of a clean cup, is another thing.

Sandy ? So why did you drink form a dirty cup ;-)

sandy c. hopkins   {K:17107} 10/13/2003
hello brian :)
it wasn't on purpose i assure you! hehe
i didn't know it was dirty until it was half finished..
yes it was a retro fifties theme...the name in itself i thought was brilliant..

glad i took my camera that day..i have been carrying it more and more..always want to catch something..on film that is..

Cool cafe, like the painterly effect and retro feel. The viewpoint that you have taken is also good because it make it feel like the cafe is expanding out in front of me. Sorry, that table is a bit distracting, but easy to deal with!

Nice shot. Great title (Dali/Deli).

Robin McAulay   {K:8908} 10/16/2003
this is my kind of place - specially on a sunday morning with a throbbing head - the sickness probably came from the cooks hand not the cup - cool!!
