Nice image Lisa. Love the colours and the use of natural & artifical light. IMO The crop is a little too tight and a slight perspective correction in PS would help.

This is amazing - just a little more room at the top of the image would make it even better. I also would love to see the back silhouette of a couple sitting on the concrete circle in the middle..

Lisa,
This has very good color and is an interesting image. It has quite a bit of perspective distortion however, I took the libery of trying to correct it a bit in PS, see below. Also, I think you might have included a little more sky at the top, The spire at the top of the building seems to be sticking out of the image.
