maqluba, an arabic dish, widely done in the southeastern regions of Turkey. Maqluba is arabic and means turned- over. The meat pieces are put at the bottom of the pot, rice put onto it. Before the the service, the pot is turned over and you have this magnificient view. Bon Apetit.

Ersan, Good image, It seems a little dark to me however, also the white plate in the upper right corner is distracting. I took the liberty of brightening up the photo and toning down the white plate. Let me know what you think. Good Work!! ray w.

hallo Ray, I would'nt change the brightness. The red pepper on the meat pieces do not have the same appetizing effect IMHO. Anyway, thanks for your comment and photoprocessing and for your time. regds.
