That's cause I love photoshop and I am trying to find out as much as I can about it. I submitted this image for the project "The creative Flower". Please read about it

The color and detail are excellent and remain so, even though the image has been distorted in Photoshop. Interesting composition!

Very creative! The lighting is a little harsh, but I presume that's how you got the playful shadow of your flower :)

Snehendu Kar   {K:2427} 10/26/2003
I love this creative shot..like to know if you used Photoshop or some other filter?

And, thanks for your kind words on my photo.

Hi, Emgy! Interesting view, especially full size! Yes, this effect makes this picture more dynamical and adds motion! Well done! I like it! Regards, ALexey. All 7's.

Hi, Emgy!

Thank you very much for yours kindness, best regards!

Dave Arnold   {K:55583} 1/8/2004
I like this. The PS spin doesn't work on everything but in this case, I like how the stem stayed right in the center, unaffected. That means you shot a good overhead phtotograph and went from there.

Dave

Great Emgy. Very original composition and shape. I love the way the flower blends into the shadow on a curve.
Best regards,
Graham.

Dear Emgy,
Another fantastic picture, you are so playful and so perfect in your play.
One more final thought. Any of my photos if you want I'll be happy to email them to you as a complete digital file for your use or pleasure. Just let me know where and which to email.
Warm greetings, Alex

Jorge Vasconcelos   {K:33746} 3/16/2004
Nice flower in cilcles.
Thanks for your comments.
I hope you came here before we quit being an independent and free country. But you must forget all you know about statistics and ratios. In Porto you?ll see more Porsche Carrera , than in your town, and a little up north is the Ferrari country...Portuguese are rather crasy, but ever was...and survived where catalans,Bascs ,and others did not succeed.I hope you came here to show you my country, my home land, the North, of celtic root.Yes,we are two people in Portugal:celtiberos, north and berberes, south.Only the pwer is with them, the moorish...

Chris Martin   {K:153} 4/5/2004
Very interesting to read other peoples comments re 'too much photoshop' on this image. I know what they mean but you have used PS correctly to give the impression of a falling flower (leaf)
It works just right.
I'm glad there is someone else who just loves photoshop...What a programme...!
Regards Chris
ps. Where abouts are you based Emgy ?

P. Christine Skinner   {K:27338} 4/11/2004

This is one of few among your masterpieces that has received relatively few comments, so that commenting on it I don't feel lost among so many and a masterpiece it is all the same. I think that the idea of streching the flower the way you did is outstanding. Thank you, dear Emgy, for your generous comment on my "Diapers."
Going over your portfolio I see that despite being a donor, you don't post many photos, but when you do post, it's always something exquisite.
Best regards,
Rafi
