About Sand that feels like you're on a massage table, ocean bluer than a John Lee Hooker riff, and water so warm that it doesn't shock on initial contact. Mid-day shooting is fun in Kauai.

Nce Pic paul. It would be really nice for a panorama

Good light and good composition. I really like how the wave leads the eyes into the shot and towards the rock at the back. I can't really see this as a panorama. I like the composition as is.

I agree whole-heartedly!! Midday shooting is a pleasure, unless you are burning up running around. Do you have a polarizor??? Makes the biggest difference out here. Tranquil shot here... a good one.

Thanks for the comments guys. This was just too much fun shooting. It would have been nice to have a polarizer, but I just don't have one at the moment. I did shoot some infrared that turned out pretty wicked. I know Kauai equals colors but I couldn't resist. I can't wait to return.
