I'd consider moving the model more to our right, so that her head isn't dead center, but I would maintain her looking to our left as she does. I love everything else about it. You definately did work with a stunning model. There is a small hint of her face being Photoshoped a little. Nothing wrong with it, but it works better when the effect is minimal. An other thing to be weary of, is the change in skin tone from the face to the rest of the body.
All in all, your photo is a beautiful portrait of a beautiful model. She should be very happy with the results :-)
