Clear, simple lines and bright colors. Perhaps not the most dynamic of photos (lord knows I have tried many similar to this) but successful nonetheless in a minimalist way.

graphicly very strong, shame is not 100% strait, but that seems to be the builders fault, ask them to arrange it so you can reshoot if you feel like it... :)

i never really looked at this image before. the color balance is perfect, i see that mondrian influence.
