Don L is right on. It may not seem so, but on a cloudy day, these colors will be more saturated. A beautiful picture Mon Ami.

I think this is a very good submission for the project. The colours are striking. The place looks very quiet and peaceful, but the presence of the man-made path suggests that it is not 100% so. Therefore, to put the path into its proper role, it would be nice to see two or three people walking along it. Nothing too obvious, just a small anchor.

Matej, I agree. It was cold actually and not too many poeple around - which I kind of appreciate. I have made this other shot, with people, but not as vibrant I fear. Would you suggest I'd post it ?

If the unsharpness is just an attachment compression issue and if you balance out the colours a bit (slightly less green, I think), then yes, I suggest you post the photo. It looks rather nice with that couple having a stroll in the forest.
