About Every day I pass by, and you are not awake yet!!! said the little yellow chick.

I flattened a surface of flour, and sprayed a thin layer using pastry sugar sprayer, to create the texture, then I started to bend a wire to make the three toes of the chick's foot prints, and side lit it, and used a silver reflector, trying to create a drama. I forgot to say that I emptied the egg by having two tiny holes using a syringe.. shot a whole role, with different lightnings. Flash, two lights. reflectors... but I still lost a lot of details through the scanning.

Wonderful. One of my favourite images to date of this long running project.

haha how cute! I never realized how much texture there was to flour, good job, and I think your lighting does add the drama you were aiming at.

great use to make texture~! And the shadows vs lighting vs tone is GREAT!
