Reynaldo, the top ring is lit from lights on the roof. All the lights here are added by the park service.

Great shot Joe, very serene and perfectly balanced (could use a bright red sky though)...just kidding! I have over 70 rolls from the D.C. area, if I can only get to them!! Editing is backed up. Hey, Redskins are not doing too well yet, are they??
