The static opposing players contrast wonderfully with those in full motion. Great shot - you must have been after this when you set the shutter at 1/25 s. Nicely varied portfolio too :-)

Motion blur is a nice technique for some shots but I do not think it is needed for a high impact game like football. IMHO feel that football shots should have very little motion blur and instead concentrate on the action. The blur of color makes for a nice abstract but would be nice to know who is carring the ball.
