A nice composition Antonio. Here the lighting and the black background are very helpful at the subject.
PS thanks a lot for your comment but I am not sure you are right. I does not had with me my tripod however I meter the photo using the ciment line. It is 99.5% strait! Also the town coast.

Wonderful still life. IMO, I would like to have seen a bit more yellow toward the bottom of the photo to make it Pop out. Perhaps a brighter colored cheese (which could possible be altered in PS.)
