Nice take Altaf! The plane of focus is at precisely the right place for such a composition with limited DOF. The bars make me think of the slammer, but in SF, who knows! Cheers. Craig

I bet this was Alcatraz Island and having seen the other 3 photos this is my favorite. I particularly like the subtle tones and texture in this piece. The scene looks like it should be gritty and harsh but it isn't, maybe due to the narrow dof. Nice capture al.

This DOF is usually shown at f/1.4 or 2 max. Did you processed it with Photoshop ?

This photo almost seems to have a deeper meaning then first glance. It could either be prison bars, or merely a gate leading inside. Either way, it is a fantastic shot. Awesome composure and dof. congrats.
