Very original Khoi if you hadn't said what it was I don't think I would have guessed. I do like the fringe patterns on the floor as well as that brownie orange colour. A lens at the centre of the two doors would have given a split spectrum of colours, might be worth a try.
Could do with some of that sunshine haven't seen the sun here for four days. Grey, overcast and wet.

Dirck, very good question. I guess it is the intersection of the openings that makes it split. Or maybe it is just magic light :) Anyhow, it was very interesting effect. There was PS work, except for toning.

The physicist in me also wonders about the structure in the beam. The only explanation I can think of is that there is some objects blocking the light on the other side of that door and what you see here are the rays that would register that image as if you had a pinhole (or as it were, a narrow slit) camera. Well seen at any rate. The concluding cross at the top is brilliant.
