It looks as if it were weeping tears. The image seems a bit static for the central format of the focal point does the original have more to work with?
You have an eye for the small detail - you see things in wood - reminds me of Fabio Keiner...

I have a drawer full of floppies, all from a Sony, each filled with wood texture shots, and not one of them comes close to the quality of this one. After looking at yours I now feel comfortable erasing those discs. I agree with Mary Bell that you have an eye for detail, and it certainly shows in this wonderful image!
Emgy, thank you for your kind remarks regarding the little incident over my impressionistic flower picture. My over reaction certainly was the issue, and your argument is making me reconsider my attitude toward ratings. I?ll put you on my list so I don?t miss your next project.
