I woke up this morning and looked through the sliding glass doors and this is what I saw! the snow was coming down so heavily, I was not sure what kind of shot I would get, but I was pleasantly surprised to be able to capture a little tiny bit of mother nature! thanks for all the nice comments. they always inspire me to try and do better work! 12/5/2003.....thanks again

Beautiful winter scene, great capture and mood, especially in this period of the year, when the holidays are close. I hope we have a white Christmas also this year.
Excellent work, Jon

dear jon, this looks very familiar and i am very glad we pass this by here. last winter we had three snowfalls of rather minutes than hours and the snow never remained never longer than for an hour or two.
but it looks so nice from far. and it makes a very warm, homely winter atmosphere. strange!
very well taken, very intensive.
thank you for your kind comment on 'listen'

This is one of the most well-done snow scenes I've seen with the snow coming down. When I photograph
falling snow, it photographs like big white squares coming down. P.S. About your comment about the weather;
I forgot you were from the east where they've been getting bombarded with all of the bad weather!
Stay warm!!
Carolyn
