About Taken from the cockpit of a Marchetti just before touchdown at Spruce Creek Fly-In (it's a flying community). I was riding because I'm a member of the press and it was press day. I thought this was a neat perspective..just as the plane in front of us was touching down. What do you think? Thanks!

I love the fact that the plane is landing but has not yet landed.

being a pilot myself, I can't help but think your plane was following a bit close. Otherwise... it's a neat pic. Plane looks so small on that runway!

Robert,
Thanks for your comment about the photo...and your concern for my safety haha. Thing is...we were flying formation...so, we were actually quite far apart during landing. If you see some of the other photos, we were flying pretty tight. When we landed we did a "break" where we flew in Echelon formation (Straight line) and then broke hard right and landed one after the other on the runway....staggered.
Regards,
~Luke

Great shot that's difficult for most photographers to get!
