Nothing like Christmas lights. The wife wants to go to see the nativity scene that we go to every year at a Church at night and then go and see the Christmas lights we do it every year and I photograph there. Yes there is children that need and adults also. Excellent image and comment.

A beautiful long exposure and a great night shot, Khoi
Well done!
Very nice of you to remind us about the Salvation Army. I know.....they do some tremendous work for the unfortunate among us and it's GREAT, especially during the holiday time, which is very close now.
Regards

Excellent colours in this interesting shot. I think the Sally Ann (nickname here) is one of the few charitable organisations where most of any donation goes to a worthwhile cause.

Graciela Pierre   {K:7318} 12/6/2003

Dear friends, thanks for your time and comments on this image. I just realized the image was a little dark. There was actually a nice beam shooting straight up on the right side that was not visible. Thus, I did not crop the right side. I increased the levels in PS to lighten up the image a little bit. I hope you see the beam better, which I thought added nice details to the image. Thanks again for stopping by.

Craig Garland   {K:27077} 12/6/2003
Hi Khoi; nice thought and nice shot. The exposure and detail are excellent for a night shot. I think I would crop some of that large black sky, but If yopu're a purist about "in-camera" composition, I understand why you didn't.
Cheers. Craig

Khoi, I agree with you wholeheartedly on the Salvation Army. They are most visible during Christmas holidays but their good works go on year round. Love those wonderful KC Plaza Holiday lights.
